Hi,
I`m trying to change my plan and yesterday my balance change from 65CAD to 0CAD.... why? Today I have to pay 85CAD to change my plane with 4GB data to 2GB data (costs 55CAD). Could some help me and check from system perspective what happened?

Hi,
I'm struggling with phone number porting. On Monday (13 Nov) I have registered new SIM public mobile card and perform my old number transfer from virgin mobile. I have provided all information in my PM account but still my number is active and not switched to PM card. I have also fill out form SIM & Activation card on Mon/Tue but still I didn`t get any information when porting will be completed. Could you help me?
