Account Referral Rewards not applied to my account

My reward credit for signing up hasn't been applied .  My Refer a Friend code did not seem to get applied ? 

Why ?

you have not applied the $10.00 credit to my account or has the referred person received their $1.00 monthly credit being applied to their monthly bill. 

During this time we had initial phone troubles during setup and activation where the phone failed to provide Data over the LTE NETWORK .. PHONE WAS RETURNED TO VENDOR AND EXCHANGED.   Replacement phone took several weeks to arrive and then service has finally completed with its activation.   

We have however noticed that no referral credits have been applied ,  how can we fix this?

The $10 credit into your account will take 72 hours and the $1/month credit will take a day or two to be in their account.

As a note, if the referral code was entered correctly, your friend should have gotten a text “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward”.

If not applied in 72 hours, private message a CS_Agent at:

@Ke_Rob99  you should see the one time $10 credit in your available funds with in 72 hours of activation . If it’s been more then 3 day submit ticket with support to ensure the code was applied correctly

@Ke_Rob99 You'll need to contact CS Agent to take a look at this for you.  Just to be clear, the referred person gets the $10 one time credit and the person that made the referral (already PM customer) gets the $1 off per month on the old plan or gets 1 point per month on the new rewards program.

You can contact CS Agent here for them to check why you and your friend haven't received your rewards.

Advise them the situation and they will look into it and fix it for you. Or at least I hope they will. I am in the same position and been trying to get a credit for one of my referrals. It takes time though. Be patient but keep track.
