Hello,
I had an account with public mobile from 2019 up until March of 2020.
I am trying to recover my old account number.
How can I go about it?
Thank you kindly

What's the importance with recovering the old account number, @ES83 ?
Did you acquire a new Public Mobile SIM card to activate, or perhaps were hoping you could 'reactivate' the old PM SIM card?
If you have a new one, simply activate it by clicking here, https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
You'll need an e-mail address, a payment card (VISA, MC, American Express, or Visa Debit), the account number from your existing mobile service provider if you want to port your number from there to here, and a referral code from an existing customer to save each of you some money (if desired)

@ES83 - an account that was in suspended status for over 90 days is automatically lost / closed.
