I can't login to may account because the eversafe security code is being sent to the incorrect number.

I had the same issue when I signed up. You get a temporary number when you sign up then the PM agent helps you port your old number from your previous carrier. However, Eversafe doesn’t change it automatically. I had to change it myself on the Eversafe profile page. In the meantime, if your trying to log in, I’m assuming you are choosing the option “didn’t get code” when they send it to wrong number, so you can send it to your e-mail  (unfortunately the default is always text to your phone).
