I am now with public two months and after my first month of troubles I thought I would be fine.  My plan rolled over may 9 but o can’t get access to data all I can do is make calls.  What am I missing?

 

is this how it will be forever, I’ve not had service the first two weeks because I ported and now this.  When will I have peace

hi @Cregdt 

try Carrier update first, and try Reset network settings

if you have another phone, test the sim in another phone

if you still cannot have data access after trying all above, you need support agent's hep.    please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

What phone do you have? you have another one to test the sim card?

and did you check if you have a data limit on your phone?
