Hi, I'm having trouble signing in to the self-serve account, because of this my payment gets late everytime. I don't know what to do, I paid previously, it was so difficult and now again, I'm having difficulty to log in

Here are your other options to pay along with payment card on file pre-selected amounts thru 611 as long as you know your 4 digit account pin #. Vouchers do not require your 4 digit account pin #.

I just logged into my account without any problems. I didn’t have to clear cache, cookies nor go incognito.
Using Google Chrome. I hear the Microsoft Edge also works without any issues.
What browser are you using?

Trouble logging in? then Reset Password
close all page browser
and use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

@Rachanatamang I just signed into my account without any problems. Try clearing your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode. Sometimes using a different browser will do the trick.
If you're paying with a voucher, you can also dial 611 on your phone and add the voucher although depending on where the voucher was purchased, some have a delay for several hours before the funds become available.

You can try to login again with Incognito mode and see if it works
Or you can also try Reset Password. Just enter your email address and follow the steps

As to your payment, was it Autopay failure? do you have service now.? If you call *611 , what the recording tells you?
