6UT1, the number you have reached is not in service

Unable to make or receive calls. Tried resetting network settings, resetting SIM card, cycling 3G and LTE. Still no dice. not sure what else I can try. This was working perfectly and this afternoon suddenly not able but I can browse net and send and receive text messages.

I’ve done all of the steps and submitted a ticket. I’m not happy suffering this issue. Our other 2 accounts in my house do not have this issue.

There have been issue since yesterday for some people with both incoming and outgoing calls. 

 

Try to change to 3G only and see if it connects to the network at all with such settings

 

If both incoming and outgoing calls are still not working, I suggest you to open a ticket with PM support and let them aware you are one of those, too

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
