How can I connect to 5G network?? I switched to a 5g subscription, but I'm only able to connect to LTE+ network. 5G network doesn't show up.

That sounds like 4G/LTE speeds. Unfortunately, this is the common with Samsung phones unable to connect to 5G.

Just installed latest, Feb. software update. Still no 5G option

There is supposed to be a software update for the S20 FE 5G. Perhaps that will unlock the 5G capability for this service. TBH, I really don't understand the incompatibility here. I have a phone running on android 12 that gets 5G on this service.

Although it won’t show 5G. Conduct a speed test to see what speed LTE is at.

it is a known issue that S20 series does not work well with PM or Koodo, mainly because it was blocked on the OS level, an agreement between Telus and Samsung because both Koodo and PM did not have 5G support when S20 was introduced. Yes, PM and Koodo both supporting 5G but it is too late and Samsung no longer update the OS to allow the phone to use 5G on PM
But even with you connected on LTE, your speed shoudl still be as good as you are on 5G network (close to 200Mbos) Please try "Reset All networks" on your phone first, and also test the phone in different area

Phone doesn't have 5G as an option. Only LTE/WCDMA/GSM

Some phone do not show 3/4/5G but LTE only.
Look into setting if you can force phone to 5G if that option is available.
