4G speed

I've upgraded my plan to the "improved" 4g speed, waited 48 hours, removed and reinstalled my sim card and restarted my phone.  It appears that my data speeds have not improved at all. What can I do to rectify this?

Hi recently upgraded at 4G speeds, 10 GB of data up to 100mbps. How I can know on my phone whether it is in the upgraded plan. Now my phone showing still "LTE"

There is no longer any delay in changes of speed when going from different tiers of speeds in the plans.  It's effectively as soon as your plan has been changed.  The way that the plans are advertised as having 3G, 4G, or 5G is only about the maximum possible speed. All plans allow access to the same networks.

Some people were saying 72 hours, but it really should be 48. Maybe try tomorrow and if no changes get a CSA to investigate.

HI @frombfe   That's not good.  48 hours should be all it needs

Your My Account is showing that you have 4G plan, right?
