48 hours after subscribing and still no incoming calls!!!!!!!!

Does any one know if there is ANY way of actually getting help with this company ?????? I activated my service 2 days ago and cannot still access my services no data, cannot make calls !

@DaddyLife11 if you cannot even make outgoing calls, and no data, it is a sim provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM but you need to message them to engage them. Look like you did already. They work till 10 PM EST, but weekend support could be slower.  Please message them once more and hope they can get it sorted out tonight

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@DaddyLife11 reboot the phone once more and check

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

adding @DaddyLife11  if you have already spoke to agent . Have they asked you to reboot the phone or reset network settings . If not you can also give that a try also

I did port a number but spoke with a CS via msg who confirmed it would be fine after 2.5 hours ........ yesterday. thank you so much i'll keep an eye out for your msg
