3x points not being received, new user

Hello everyone!

I just signed up yesterday and I only received 5% points back when we are supposed to receive 3x the points for a year, I think.  Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?  I am on the 25$month plan.  thanks

@MZBMHF   For new activation ,  you will see the regular points first.

The extra bonus points will be added to your account around 4 or 5 days later

So, please wait couple more days and check your My Rewards site again
