Any help is appreciated. My family has 3 phone numbers with Public Mobile - quite happy with the service and price - but I'm only seeing 2 charges on my credit card each month. I can only access the account for one phone number. We get service for all 3 - I don't want my credit rating affected and cannot see any way to find out who to contact about this so I can pay for the 3rd account. Help? thx.

@Handy1- I didn't know this place took ore for payment. 🙂 I'll have to add that to my list of payment methods.

@Justwantanswer It won’t affect your credit rating PM is pre paid paid . So no worries there . But you can submit ticket with support to investigate

This place is prepaid. Nothing to do with credit. Use the forgot email link to try to find the email address used for each account. Seems one of the accounts used a different payment method. You can also use other payment methods than logging in.
