2GB Free Data for Holiday Season

I have used all of my available data in my plan and Public Mobile offered me an additional 2GB and 500 free international distance minutes and added it to my account. Now that I have used up my data, I cannot access the additional 2GB. Anyone know how to help with this?

@sophiee....if you were successful is getting the More Is Merrier free 2GB data and 500 minutes of Int'l calling add-ons...you should see them noted here....

If you see no mention of the 2GB Holiday data...that could mean you've used it up already.

@sophiee @Refresh the page when signed in , if that dose t work clear web browser cache/ cookies and sign incognito / private

if the bonus data addon is there, reboot phone and try

 

and make sure there is no data limit set on your phone

Can you log into self service but clear your browser cache and then open a new browser window in incognito. Click on the spinner icon to see if you have the promos there.
