Hello.
I have activated my sim card today. I chose a package which costs $120 (+taxes) per 3 months. When I tried to pay, I got an error message (something like “auto pay failed”). I tried once more, on the same time I tried to activate auto payment. Then I saw “your balance is $120, your next payment is 07/10/2017”. It seemed to be fine for me.
But now I see that PUBLIC MOBILE has taken $120.00 and also $137.97 from my credit card! What is that? I thought I would pay only 137.97 today. I need those $120 for myself, how could I take them back?
