Hey all,
I added the $30, 1G data Add on to my plan last week but it isn't working. It shows up on my account as having been purchased, but the only time my phone connects to the network is when I'm also on Wifi. What gives??

I definitely did the two steps for the add on, and the data is showing as active in my account. I've reached out to the mods and I'll check my data settings now.

Hi also check that it was sucessfully loaded as the add ons are 2 steps..   1 add enough funds into your account...  then 2 add the add on you want...

 

so if u have funds left - the 2nd part did't work properly

If that doesnt work, unfortunately it is time to contact the mods and it`ll take 24-48 hours. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.

  Check your data setting first. Turn on cellular data.
