Card on file was stolen, so just reactivated today, old plan $40 4.5gb @3g.
I just tried to apply the new plan that is $40 5gb @4g as well as applying the code, but the code was not accepted.

Click the Chatbot (SIMon) down below and start in to trying to contact them. You might end up choosing to send a private message. But the ticket method is preferred. Tickets are a bit convoluted to get there.

Yup. And if you do that then there's no pro-rating here. But maybe trying to ask support just on this new day they might be able to do something for you.

Yes I see that, looks like I'll need to wait till next renewal date, as I just renewed today, and when I select upgrade my plan now, it wants another $40

Yes, that code won't work for existing customers. So, the $40 for 15 GB is the best deal for now.

I see another customer has same issue, been advised to take the 15gb plan.

The code is not applicable to existing accounts. You can however get the other 4G 15gb plan instead.
