10 days since failed port, 9 days since contacting support via email - NO response yet

Same thing as many people on here - stuck in this limbo porting from Wind, unable to receive calls or texts.
Support has been non - existent. 9 days without even an acknowledgement email. And the issue is as simple as re-initiating a porting request, something that would take all of one minute.
Yes, I did try pulling the battery...
