Hi, i shut down my phone at night time and i didn't get a text about free gifts. I'm wondering if you can send the text again?
@Edsport no worry, not everyone getting it at the same time. PM is breaking it into batches. Just wait, you will get yours before Dec 15
and you won't miss any text because you turn off the phone at night. All SMS text will retry for 5 days before it gives up
If customers do not receive their SMS offer by mid-month or are unable to redeem because of a specific situation, our agents can help with next steps. However, I would strongly advise customers to wait until mid-December and return if they are still unable to redeem through SMS.

Just hope PM will open up an option like previous years, we can add those holiday rewards for $0 under plan add on; or someone from PM can apply those rewards to my account.

You are welcome. As usual the members here can forecast the issues....and did with this new method to collect. While PM may have seen a better option to give them to MORE customers to improve retention (as many in the past had no idea of the offer as it was discovered here only) they have now hit some roadblocks with the texting option which will definitely lead to some bitterness if you cannot receive them vs last year that some would have no bitterness because they were not aware of the offer. But I agree....the old way was, in a way, much better because it was easier for most to access their My Account vs their SIM card.
I assume the previous "go to our site and 'buy' a specific $0 add-on" was too challenging for a lot of customers. Either because it was complicated, or because their only device was a smartphone and PM's site is woefully inadequate for mobile viewing. So "just reply to the text" is going to be easier for 99% of the customers (including my referrees discussed upthread, if they were on PM network in December, and including me for that matter, as all those friends I had to talk through the old method should need no handholding other than being assured to reply to the text).
Koodos [ 😉 ] to PM for finding as always an alternative method for some customers who aren't able to use their method.
