I'm curious if its at all possible? I know you can report someone but I'm interested in knowing if there's any possible method to block a user on the PM Community?

For example, a PM customer has rewards in every category and switches to another carrier. After doing that and if they were to return as a PM customer for the 2nd time would all of their loyalty rewards just be reset?

@darlicious @softech As of January 13th finally got the refund confirmation from Public Mobile. I can see the refund posted to visa statement as well.
