I find that anything with PB takes three times as long as it normally should, If your account page says that you are signed up then just be paitent, it will happen.

I would agree that you should send another message letting them know you are having issues, I had difficulty when I first signed up as well that took about 10 dys to get solved. Are you able to use your old SIM for the time being ? That made my wait ...

So this issue has been solved. I reset to default the APN's and it appeared to solve the problem. I am no longer having that issue. texting and phone work as they should.

Also I should mention that after I restart I am able to text and receive calls normally. Also intermittently I will be unable to make a voice call or text.
