A family member is in the states (with a US plan) and they got a popup that said that LTE calls has been disabled on their account and when trying to call them calls go straight to voicemail. Why does this happen?
@Knockali5 Have any of you downgraded plans? If you do the data bonus may be smaller than 240GB or removed from your account. 240GB bonus is only offered to the highest priced plans.
If your Koodo SIM still works then the port was definitely not completed properly. Your Koodo account should be automatically closed after a successful port.
