I have an Alcatel Go Flip 3 and was told when I signed up for Public it would work. Now my phone is not working and I have looked and do not see it on the list of compatible phones.

I was charged for 2 top-ups for a $15 plan ($20 in total). Told I would receive $10 off credit. There is no $10 credit anywhere to be seen. Also, my phone # did not port over. Bad customer experience to start with. We'll see if you guys can turn thin...

My old number is not connecting to my new phone. My old phone is still taking the calls even though I have cancelled my service with them (Freedom Mobile).
