My friend was in Mexico for 8 months. When she returned, she found out
that her phone was cut off nothing was changed on her credit card. She
really needs her phone number, as she has business cards with that
number. Please help.

I am signing up a friend. When I first started, the test said that her
phone was compatible. However, when we put the SIM card it, it said that
she required a PUK pin to unlock the SIM card. Her phone is a Samsung
