I transferred my number successfully but I cannot send or receive SMS messages. Everything else works fine.

USA subscription but unable to text

Hello,My husband and I have Canada/ USA talk and text subscriptions. We can call each other but cannot text each other. Is there a setting that has to be activated for texting to work?Thanks!Jan

90 day payment plan

Does my 90 day payment plan turn to a 30 day payment plan on May 01, 2024?  What will the increases to my bill per month be?  Does anyone think Public Mobile has been clear about any of this?

I require you to request the number transfer again and 15 mon or so after that I am e to phone my old provider and have them approve the transfer as I no longer have access to my old phone

When I call my home phone from my cell phone,  to show who is calling, a location shows up instead of my name.  How do I change that?Thanks

No longer can make or get calls

When I try to make an outbound call (to a land line)a message comes on saying “2UT1 all circuits are busy …”. Everything else seems to be fine.  Help???? My sister tried to call me and she said she couldn’t get through either.  edited by computergeek...

Call forwarding to VM not working

I noticed when someone calls me and my phone is off, it still rings on the caller side as it rings when the phone is on, and I don't know that someone called me, people think that I'm not answering their calls

Canada wide talking minutes

It has been almost 2 weeks since I transferred my number. Something is wrong at your end or with previous provider. Please fix it ... I need this working to pass all sorts of MFA tests. Not cool.
