Resolved! 2 sim cards, 2 numbers?

Hello. I have an account with PM, but I'd like a second number. I have a phone that has 2 sim card slots. Can I just get another sim card, and create another PM account? I'm assuming yes, but want to be sure.

got a new sim card for a second cell phone, can't get into that account as code is being texted to phone that can't receive texts right now. how do we get into the account for this phone.

Resolved! Change from 34 to 15

Can I change my plan from 34 per month to 15 per month and then after a few months return to 34 a month.   im not sure which plan is right for me and my first days with PM was really a comedy of errors to get my number ported  finally ported today

I can't be the only one!!

Is anyone else having problems with PM??  Seems every month there's a new problem and God forbid if you want to use your phone in the USA.  They take your money but you have to Fight every time to get your service to work. The WORST

I ported a number to public mobile yesterday from Sasktel. The port is complete. I can make calls on the number. I cannot send or receive text messages. @ Support please help.
