Call screener

Does anyone know if Public Mobile has a call screener similar to telus? The idea is a caller not familiar to you must enter a number from 1 to 10 before proceeding. It knocks out the robocalls to zero.

Credit Card charged twice

Hello,  My credit card was charged twice on March 27 at 12.22 pm and March 27 at 12.23 pm for the amount of $16.95 each, (for one month renewal March 27 2024-Apr 26 2024).  Can one of these charges be reversed?
