whats wrong with public mobile?????

why do they still have to ask me those verification questions when I already authenticate myself when submitting the ticket through the chatbot? also the community account is linked with the pm account so why do they even need to ask those questions?...

Can't log into my phone

Unauthorized money taken from my CC

For the last 3 months Public Mobile has been stealing money from my credit card after having cancelled my account. I just saw that yesterday PM has once again removed money from my cc. I want those funds that you stole from me returned NOW!!
