wrong number sometimes shows at receivers end

This has happened a few times now but not all the time.. 

I call someone (my wife) and the number she sees is not mine..  however she can answer and we can talk etc..  If she isn't available and I leave a message it looks like it came from someone else that she does not know..  Next time I call it shows MY number..  no idea why this would happen..  any insight would be appreciated.

Phone, Text etc all working fine so not a big rush..

BTW.  We have 4 people on PM in my family now and except for this little hiccup all is working great.  Transition was painless..

Originating # should be your number 

Destination # should be your wife's number

 

if you see incorrect values send a screen shot to mod team @Shazia

Welcome to PM.  never heard of this happening. Just a couple infomative questions to better help diagnose

 

Is it always the same number?

did you have a temporary PM number then port?

when did you port?

is the eronious number the old PM number?

 

have you tried power cycling your phone?
