It might take up to 2 days but probably faster. They'll get to you as soon as they can.

yes i have been.

thank you for your time, mite not get back to you.

(its not working, 2 people trying to call me right now, said it goes to my voicemail, not ringing on my end at all now).

some1 trying to port my number!!

@jesse2 If someone was trying to port your number, none of this would be happening as you would get a text SMS first, asking you to authorize the port out. If the service works sometimes and not others it isn't a case of sim jacking either. Has a moderator gotten back to you yet?

@mjne19

yes i did that earlier.

i will try it again in 5 mins.

thank you for your time & info!

Hi,

For future reference, if ever you experience the same issue again. The very first thing to do is to just simply turn off your phone and remove the sim card. By doing this, your phone re-establishes its' connection to the nearest tower. I worked for AT&T mobility for 5 years and usually that solves the issue.

yes i will.

testing it right now.

was working fine but one call keeps cutting out/they cant hear me for a minute or 2.

poor signal/low signal as well.

thnak you in advance for your time, mite not get back to you.

Make a few calls to different numbers to see if the intermittent drops still happen. If it's just the one person you call....then maybe the problem is on their end, not yours.

@jesse2   If none of the suggestions help then submit a ticket to moderators either via the chatbot bubble bottom right of screen and follow prompts or private message Moderator_Team here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Also make sure to lock in your scheduled change of plan as the old version of the $50 plan is slated for a price increase of $5, so will cost $55 after the temporary so called sale price is eliminated and the new version of that plan only has provincial calling and no US talk.  Here's the announcement on this topic: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/New-Province-Wide-Calling-Plans-Limited...

Edited to clarify price/plan changes.

@jesse2...if you can text (not iMessage), but no talk...maybe you're on a limited calling plan ($15) and you've run outta minutes ? If that is the case, get the $5 - 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on. Then you'll be able to call until your next regular plan renewal.
