You can definitely keep your old number when switching over. Make sure the numbers active before switching. Enter your old number and the account number and withing 2 hours it will work under PM.

@richard111 great that you got it sorted. Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile so once the moderator gets to your ticket. The port should be fairly quick.

You sure can keep it..during activation there is a section to port your number over if it's post paid. If it's prepaid select a temp number then once you complete activation..click the question mark on bottom right to open the chat bot and type port request.
Don't forget to use a referral code for a $10 signup bonus.
