Did you just activate or have you been a customer a while? There could be a temporary network problem in your area. I would also check to see if your account is listed in self serve as "active".
@Marcat There was a Major Network wide Telus and Bell service outage. Telus Phone customers and Bell internet customers were affected.
Service has seemed to be restored.
