login to your self serve account and click on "change sim" make sure the last 4 digits match the sim card in your phone. if it doesn't match then someone is commiting fraud.

 

you can call the porting team to investigate the issue

@Carl544   Are there any power outages where you are?  If not try rebooting your phone.  Also what plan are you on just to rule out that you're not out of calling mins if on a limited plan.
