problem with changing my plan

Hi, i've been trying to change my plan but the page that downloads when i choose to change plan doesn't show any option to it and when i try to fix it, it says error. what do i do?

Log into My Account / Change Plan...make your selection.

I just tried it and it will work. Try again.

@ninsnowsClear your cookies and cache, also disable any adblockers and privacy add ons.. restart your browser and try again.
