ported number to another provider

Hi,

I ported my number to another provider that has port protection and better prices then my public plan. I now have an issue where I cant log into my public account any more.

How do I make sure I will not get any additional charges from public without being able to access my account?

Was good service but not offering port protection and a killer koodo promotion made me switch.

Hello @sly_sloth ,

You could contact the Public Mobile  Moderator_Team via private message, and confirm they remove anything in their system incase a payment slips through, using this link:

Sorry to see you go. But you stayed in the family 🙂

Once you ported out from Public mobile, your account is automatically closed. You will not have access to your self service account.  Just monitor your credit card,  Usually there are no problems with future bill payments.  You could have removed autopay information from your self service account before you ported out.

Public mobile has recently offered some port protection.
