my autopay didnt work

fot some reason my autopay didnt take money from my visa card. i am sure my visa card able to use. can someone take look for my please. i dont have any service now.

Hold off contacting the moderators unless your service has stopped. I believe payment is taken at midnight on expiry date,

It's 90 per 90 days. Also I am on autopay. 😞

  Your account has 90 balance. You can top up the rest amount of your plan. Then apply again. It should work.
