london ontario area service problem

my and my friend's phone just can call out but can't call in, if restart phone first calls fine but after the same problem.

tested 5 phones using public mobile in London Ontario

There are no reported outages in your area at the moment. Try a little troubleshooting and test after each one.

1. Reboot phone.
2. Toggle airplane mode on/off.
3. Remove sim card. Test in other phone if possible. Try a different sim card in your phone.
4. Reset your network. ( You will lose saved wifi passwords if you do this.)
5. Force your phone to use 3G only.

See if any of these work for you.
