I think you have lost your phone? Hopefully you understand English, as I have no Franch.
If this is correct, log into your self serve account and suspend your service under the tab Lost/Stolen Phone, and also it in use turn off autopay.
Then order a new SIM from the PM web page. When it arrives you can return to your self serve account to activate it. This way you will not lose your phone number.
If you need a new phone, try searching under Phones and Hardware and Knowledge Base on the Community page.

Hi. Log into your Self-Serve and Click plans, then afterwards, look for Suspend Phone lost/stolen
Click that, and then click to suspend your service
When you find your handset, or purchase a replacement, Unsuspend from same place in your Self-serve Account
