i lost phone, reported it, now its been found..

ok   so I  lost  my phone  friday night,  I called  public and  got it  all locked  down and reported  it..  Now  my phone  was  actually  returned  i keep  trying to call  public  from the  phone  and  another  one but  when it  asks me  to punch in my number  i do  and it  says  sorry you  seem to be  having difficulties  and hangs up on me...  How  do I get this phone  back up working??

If you are unable to remove your IMEI from the black list, you will have to send an email to Public Mobile.

Hello,

Please log into your self-serve account. Click the tab called Plans and Add-ons. Several sub-tabs will then appear. One will be called Lost/Stolen Phone. Click that. Then, click the oval that appears in order to restore service.

Reboot your phone. Rebooting a number of times might be necessary until the system recognizes your phone.

I'm glad that your phone was returned to you.
