You can suspend your service until you receive a new SIM card and buy a new phone.

To order a replacement SIM card, follow these steps :

Go to publicmobile.ca and order a replacement Sim and when you get it log in to the amazing PM self serve site and there is link there to swap Sim card from your old Sim to the new one

Also before doing all that you may want to if needed is log into the same amazing self serve site of pm and temp suspend your service. The PM site is very user friendly.
