es, it depends. I have ordered it late last year, and I receeived SIm in the month of March. One of my friend ordered in January 2015. Still he is waiting for the SIM.
Unfortunately it's on an invite system so it can be a crap shoot. Some people have been waiting three/four weeks and I have colleges at work waiting since early this year so over two months.
