@swatgood, Most Providers in the world that offers certain things or features on your Plan are to be used when on there own network. Not while you are Roaming. So since PM is your Service Providers that means any included features are to be used when on PM's Network.
Using PM phones in the states is over, U cannot use your phone in USA and U cannot text from USA, unlock your phone, purchase USA prep SIM and have a nice trip.
