sure is hard to get an answer...
today is the 28th. used all data last month. new cycle has started. data still 'paused'
do i lose data forever?

Did you setup Data Limit on the phone level? Some phone setting can stop your data usage after you reach the Max

@anndave88 Do you meant PM My Account showing over used 30MB? or your phone Data History showing that?
Also, to to PM My Account Usage History, you can sort them by Usage Type, Look for those Web usage from the last 2 days, do they add to 30Mb or more?
if both confirm 30Mb used, check the phone again. Did you setup Data Limit on the phone level? Some phone setting can stop your data usage after you reach the Max. you set on the phone level. If so, maybe the cycle the phone used didn't match your actual PM cycle (phone always uses monthly cycles while PM uses 30 days.)

used zero as it has been turned off
acct shows 30MB used but it said the same week ago when i ran out of last months data

Your account renewed yesterday.
Check the usage history to find out how much data you used for 1.5 days.
Is your data usage line showing on the overview page after login?
