What issues you experiencing ? The Community Forum can answer most of your concerns probably faster than a call center. Give it a try.
PM does not have a call center. You can post to the forum for assistance or if it can't be resolved then you may need to submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
PM does not have call centres and that's how they keep their plan pricing low. The community is very knowledgeable and resolves a lot of issues. If needed, you may contact a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait times are usually within a few hours or within a day, from my experience.
