change to new plan doesn't work

My scheduled plan change from 90-day 4gb to new plan which is unlimited provincial Talk, Unlimited international Text and 6GB Data. The scheduled date is today  sep 09. I check the current plan, it is still 4gb

You should be good to go within couple of minutes.

Unfortunately, this has happened often when migrating form old plans to one of the new plans.
