Worst support ever!!! 6days no service!!!

This is terrible... How do you get any support around here??? I've sent private messages with all the necessary information and screen shots of my account...and I've also put post's up daily with no response from any of the moderators! I have not been able to send or receive any calls or text messages since my plan changed on November 27th. I was not informed when I switched my plan that I would no longer have assistance from 611 support and now I can get anything resolved... I pay for a service so why am I not getting it!? Help me please!

Please take note that due to the overwhelming success of the previous promo, at the moment, there's currently a 12 day wait for fixing these issues..

As of Dec 1st, PM was answering customer messages that were submitted on Friday, Nov 19th, 2016.  Click here for detail.

 

In the mean time, if you haven't done so, give these links a try, it's got about a 40% success rate.
