When I try to dial out PM advises calls are not a part of my plan.

I have verified my account is paid up ($150/3 months) and the next payment due on March 22.

Please help.

Thanks!

@TrishPaterson, awesome!  Glad it was just a simple little issue.

That was it!  The number was dialed from an email and it was missing a digit.

Thanks so much 🙂

Is it all numbers that are failing, or only specific ones?  Sometimes it's the way the number has been dialled.  If you're using a contact's phone number listed with non-numeric characters, try dialling just the numeric digits.

Well - that seemed like a good solution - unfortunately it didn't work.  Hopefully one of the moderator teams will look into shortly.

Thanks for the reply!
