Unable to receive verification code

Hi

I'm a newbie with PM. Tried everything out looks good except that I have problem receiving 2FA verification code required for banks, trading accounts etc. I'm in area code 604 and it has been around for a long well. Regular incoming and outgoing texts have no issue. Just wondering if anyone has this same issue, please share and advise.

Must be nice to relate to a text the day after and know what it refers to. 🤔🤔

Yes previous provider works fine. Using android phone. Well PM works fine too after a little waiting time. Dont mind if it helps to save a little money.

Assuming you had a previous provider.....did it work then?

Are you using an iPhone?

It actually took me slightly more than 1 week before 2fa works. Don't know the reason but looks like a little patience pays off finally.

Thanks Triguy for your advise. It has been more  than 4 days and tried turning on and off my phone, still unable to get codes sadly.

Sometimes there is a delay and it can take up to 48 hours.

When first joining it typically takes 24 hours until you can receive 2FA text. Try tomorrow.
