Unable to receive calls

Hello, for the past few days I am unable to receive incoming calls. I have been with public mobile for about 2 months, so its not a porting issue. When trying to call my phone a recorded message is played saying the number does not exist.

Please advise what I should do.

I've also had it on other carriers where people call me and get the same message.  Whenever it happened to me, it was always random though, and if I repeated my call attempted again,things would usually be fine.

Are the problems arrising from people who are calling from one particular carrier, by any chance?

Either call PM first or message them through a private message on commuity or facebook. I experienced this before but the problem was with my phone. I had to reset my phone and it worked again. Don't do this though before calling, asking them for advice and also check your settings.
