@fx50fh  if the credit card already charged,  it looks like the account was already activated.  Did your friend tried to put the SIM in a phone and test it out??

Your friend may not receive a refund.

 

As a prepaid service, this place has no refunds. It's likely your friend HAS service since his payment was posted to his payment card. 

 

Was he porting from another provider or did he activate with a new number?

 

Is his plan to remain a public mobile customer or does he want to abandon the process altogether?

 

He can try his luck with the moderators by contacting them.

 

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator, then select contact us, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
