Told I cannot make a call but my plan is talk unlimited?

Today when I call outside my area I get a message saying, “talk is not included in my current plan”. Oops? What? My plan is: unlimited talk canada wide and I am calling in Canada.

you havent dialed long distance for sometime right?   hah  its like that since day one.

thanks, yes that was the problem. when i copied and pasted the number from a website it added a zero in front. when i dialled it worked. good to know, a beginner’s hiccup.

@AndiGee   Are your payments up to date?  You could first try rebooting phone or toggling airplane mode on/off.  

Also try adding +1 in front of all numbers when making a call, local or not.
